Well the weather is nasty so today is the perfect day to throw on a couple of loads of laundry, catch up all the posting from while we were away, sip away on some tea and work on getting Larry's tax file organized as he's only waiting for one more receipt. I am not working hard on meals today... ha ha ha. Lunch is soup & supper will be a green salad with baked potatoes and chili. I have an interesting recipe for tomorrow though. It's called Cheesy Cauliflower Pancakes and I plan to serve it with some ham. Check it out:
